What does the $500 setup fee cover?
It covers onboarding and implementation: getting your business set up, establishing your initial systems and branding, and configuring the services you approve. Your monthly service fees are separate and are tailored to your needs.
How much does it cost after setup?
There is no fixed menu price. We discuss your business, the services you need, and the scope of work, then put the full pricing in writing before anything begins.
Do I own my website?
Yes. You own the website and the work created for you, subject to any third-party service terms or licenses that apply.
Do I have to leave my current website or tools?
No. We can work with what you have. If a change would help, we will explain the options and agree on a plan with you first.
Do you serve businesses outside Central Alabama?
Yes. Sharon Gainey Digital is based in the Prattville area and focuses on Prattville, Millbrook, Wetumpka, Montgomery, and Central Alabama. Because the work is digital, we can also support businesses elsewhere in the continental United States.

Will AI replace my people?
No. We use technology to support repetitive tasks and make daily operations more manageable, not to push people out. You make the business decisions; the systems support the work.
How long does setup take?
Timing depends on the services and information needed. We begin with a conversation and onboarding questions, confirm your scope and approvals, then share a realistic schedule before work begins.
What services do you offer?
Services include custom websites, social media management and creative, SEO and local search support, content and blog writing, email newsletters, and receptionist and administrative support. The exact scope is agreed with you and put in writing.
